CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy All retainer/booking fees are nonrefundable. Your retainer/booking fee may be transferred one time to reschedule your appointment, provided The Sultry Haus is notified at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. A new retainer/booking fee will be required for any additional reschedules beyond the first. Cancellations or reschedule requests made less than 72 hours before your appointment will result in forfeiture of your retainer/booking fee. Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the service total. Clients who no-show will not be eligible to rebook.
